Ms. Joseph frequently lectures on workers' compensation issues, and has planned and moderated seminars for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. She is a faculty member for the annual Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Law Section meeting, one of the premier seminars for workers' compensation practitioners throughout the Commonwealth. She has also served as course planner and moderator for a seminar on civility in the practice of law.
Ms. Joseph has published articles in the Philadelphia Lawyer (quarterly magazine of the Philadelphia Bar Association), The Verdict (monthly newsletter of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association), and authored a monthly column in the Philadelphia Bar Reporter (published by the Philadelphia Bar Association) in 2002.
